His back legs go through two holes in one panel. You hold his hips up and he walks on his front legs.

How do I pick his size?

By his weight. That's all you need for almost every dog. S is up to 10 lbs, M is 11 to 20, L is 21 to 40, XL is 41 to 55 and 2XL is 56 to 90. Right between two sizes? Go smaller if he has lost muscle in his back legs, bigger if he's stocky. Got the wrong size? We'll swap it for free and pay the shipping. Our chart is based on the maker's waist sizes, and the waist and thigh measurements are in the size guide.

Can he pee and poop with it on?

Yes, that's what it's made for. It only goes around his back end, with two leg holes and no separate strap under his belly. On a boy, check where it sits the first time he pees.

Who is it for?

A dog whose front legs still hold him up while his back end gives out. It only lifts his back half. If his front legs are weak too, he needs a full-body harness that also holds his chest.

How do I wash it?

Toss it in the washing machine with a mild detergent. Skip the bleach and let it air dry. If it smells like pee, soak it first in 1 part white vinegar to 3 parts water.
